This marinade can be made ahead of time and after it cools you can add the chops to a freezer bag and freeze. On serving day, thaw completely and broil.

This recipe is from one of my favorite recipe books called Don’t Panic more Dinner’s in the Freezer. I think it’s pretty handy to have a few extra meals in the freezer for unexpected guests!
Having prepped meals in the freezer feels like a thing of the past. It seems like there was more time, a long time ago. When we didnt spend all day just trying to get through the day. Finding the time to prep meals and have them all organized and ready to serve on any given notice feels nearly impoosible most weeks. But what if I told you it IS possible. There is a way! A super simple way.
Have you ever heard of cybernetics? It’s not kitchen device or gadget, but it’s a phsycholical shift to allow yourself to achieve what ever it is you want to achieve! Dont go running away from this post thinking i’m some wierdo trying to push a new religeon on you. Cybernetics is using imagry to achieve what you want to accomplish. There is of course a book about this but bassically it’s resetting your mindset to subconsciely get to a certain goal.
If it’s meals you want, then sit back and take a 1/2 hour to imagine the situation. Imagine the day, what you will be making, how you will be making the meals, the food needed in order to make them, how you will package them, where you will put them. Imagine all the little details too, like what utensils you will be using. Put all this imagery into your subconscience and sleep on it. Set up the day, and you will accomplish almost exaclty what you set out to do in your mind.
This excercise can be done with anything. Want to accomplish more in your career, or marriage or family? One time I had plans to go to an outdoo music concert. It was going to be really hot that day and I was a little worried about how to day/night would play out. I decided I better get some better imagry going on in my mind for the day. So I took the time and really just thought about what that day would be like, what I wear, eat, drink, talk to, hear etc. I set the goal to have fun no matter what. I told myself over and over it was going to be a really fun time. Then, I quit thinking about it, I quit worrying about it. The day came and it was a really fun event with no worries (even thought it down poured), we had a really fun time.
Enjoy the curry pork chops and enjoy your imagination. You wont regret either of them!
